Cultural Sabbath – 2024

Cultural Sabbath on October 26th is a special celebration of the rich diversity within our church family. This day aims to highlight the beauty of our different cultures, languages, and traditions, while reminding us that in Christ, we are united as one body. As we share and learn from each other’s backgrounds, we reflect the global family of God, who “hath made of one blood all nations” (Acts 17:26).

Ellen White reminds us, “The unity that exists between Christ and His disciples does not destroy the personality of either. In mind, in purpose, in character, they are one, but not in person” (Testimonies for the Church, Vol. 8). Let us come together, celebrating our unique heritages while recognizing that we are one in Jesus.
